Bill told me to run this as an LSD ;) run, so I didn't warm up much or anything. The race went a lot better than I thought it would. I naturally felt crummy from until about mile three, from not warming up. But then from about mile three to mile eleven, I felt absolutely fantastic! I crashed a bit after that, but I still got my goal, which was to get under two hours. Not bad for so few miles I've done, I think. |
