Today proved to me how much I've let myself slide the past couple weeks. We ran 2 200s, a 400, then a mile tempo, than an 800, and then 4 400s. Got a couple laps of recovery in between those. For the 200s, I got about 42ish for each. The 400 was 1:36. I got the mile in 7:15, and the 400s 1:36, 1:34, 1:35, 1:32. |
