It took my legs a long time to warm up today. I didn't start feeling good until about mile three, I'm guessing. When I got to about mile eight it started raining really hard, so I ended at 9.5 instead of 10 like I planned. Bill told us to frontload this week, so I did a couple more miles tonight.

Oh yeah, I was wondering who that was! It was pretty fun, but I think I might start bringing goggles to practice if this weather keeps up!
